Summary
Freight-X is a national and international Freight Exchange for road haulage in 48 Eastern and Western European countries. Registering details and adding other users.
A registered company can add up to 10 additional users to their account from their company free of charge. A registered user has full access to the post forms and members area. Subscription.
Subscription is only required if you want full access to all areas of Freight-X, when subscription is required payment is made on an annual recurring agreement until subscription is cancelled. Only one payment is required per year per account, all additional users in your account are free. Posting Loads and Vehicles.
Posting your requirements are very important, it increases the possibility of finding vehicles or loads for you. Freight-X does not just rely on members searching for vehicles and loads, Freight-X has a built in matching system that constantly searches for matches and will notify you when they are found. There are two methods of posting Post Multiple > Designed for a quick, less detailed approach. Post a Load / Vehicle > Designed for a detailed approach (recommended) The detailed post form is in two sections, the top part contains compulsory fields the second part is optional. You can use the interactive maps to help select countries and regions. You can use our vehicle type selection list. On vehicle posting you can select multiple regions, this may be all the regions in a country or just the ones you travel through or go near to. Whatever you have selected Freight-X will constantly try to match your vehicles to loads. The more regions you select the more matches can be found.
Freight-X also uses multiple vehicle selection, this is to accommodate vehicles that have multiple purposes. Searching for loads and Vehicles
Searches are very versatile, searches can be made from any region to any region or a country wide search and all types of searches in between. The search forms are split in to two sections, compulsory (though if not selected all will be searched) and optional. Search results can be sorted and will show all contact information when clicked on. The results can be emailed to you by selecting the check boxes. Notification emails.
Notification emails are optional, to disable them go to the members area and select the members account and uncheck the notification email box. If you have a vehicle or load on the Freight-X system you will be notified automatically when a match is found and will continue doing so until the post expires or is deleted. A Notification email is sent when, the date or date range, country, region & vehicle type match. When you make a new post to the system you will receive 1 email informing you how many matches are available on the system. Notification emails are also sent when a post expires, you will be provided with a link to update the expired post and re-submit if required, this function cannot be disabled.
